Honda Smart Key Backup Registration Procedure on the Honda PCX 150 & SH150i
1. The first step is to make sure the old Remote Smart Key is in the OFF position, by pressing the remote on the key symbol until the remote's lights turn red. 2. Connect the inspection adapter to 2P entry mode, then connect the red pin to the battery positive terminal. 3. Turn on the remote smart key by pressing the remote on the key symbol until the color turns green. 4. Press the Ignition switch until the ring light on the knob lights up in blue. 5. Turn off the old Honda Smart Key by pressing the key on the remote until the remote lights turn red. 6. Turn on the new Honda Smart Keys Remote that will be registered by pressing the key symbol on the remote. 7. Turn the ignition to the "I" / ON position, if the registration is successful then the ring and indicator lights will turn on 2 seconds and blink 4 times, then the Smart Key light will blink 5 times. 8.
